I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. Naturally, spiritually, and in all other aspects of life God is my inspiration and the giver of all good things. In addition, people who are impoverished, although their plight saddens me deeply, also inspires me; and as a result, my goal is to help my community eradicate poverty through various economic strategies. To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique.
